Thai broadcaster BEC World has greenlit a local adaptation of BBC Studios’ premium scripted format, “Doctor Foster”.
The Thai series, scheduled for broadcast in Autumn this year, will be produced by JSL Global Media for BEC World’s free-TV service, Channel 3.
The 24x60-minute Thai adaption will go into production this Spring.
Asian versions of the series about a trusted doctor whose seemingly perfect life falls apart when she uncovers her husband’s infidelity have already been made for India, South Korea and the Philippines.
