Indonesian telco Telkomsel is rolling out a new entertainment package it says is part of a bid to improve digital lifestyle experiences, speed up digital transformation, and make consumer access to regional/global streaming apps easier.

The new Orbit Entertainment package offers Catchplay+, Disney+ Hotstar, Lionsgate Play, Prime Video, Vidio and WeTV, with more in the works.

The telco described the new package as an “innovative step” that was part of its effort to “strengthen its position as The Home of Entertainment”.

The new entertainment package can be accessed by all Telkomsel Orbit customers with 4G & 5G services.

The Orbit Entertainment package costs from IDR 25,000/US$1.65 and includes various data bonuses.
