Fifth Season has upped Jennifer Ebell to head its International Television Distribution business from the end of March. Ebell's promotion from EVP of EMEA sales and acquisitions to EVP television distribution coincides with the exit of TV distribution president, Prentiss Fraser, who is returning to Fox Entertainment Global.

The London-based distribution operation manages Asia offices in Hong Kong and Beijing. 

Ebell will report into Fifth Season's co-CEOs, Chris Rice and Graham Taylor.

Before joining Fifth Season in 2020, Ebell worked for ITV Studios Global Entertainment and at Comcast’s E! Entertainment Television in Los Angeles.

Fifth Season is majority owned by Korea's CJ ENM.
