Singapore’s Mediacorp has appointed local ad veteran Jacqui Lim as chief commercial officer, effective 3 June. 

She replaces Parminder Singh, who exited in March this year after seven years for a role at Tatler Asia, and will report to CEO Loke Kheng Tham.

Mediacorp said today that Lim’s tasks included developing a commercial strategy aligned with the company’s efforts to “constantly innovate and augment its offerings for audiences and advertisers”. 

Lim has spent two decades in media and advertising industries, including roles at Havas Group, Publicis Media and Omnicom Media Group. 

She was most recently CEO of the Havas Media Group and regional chief growth officer of the Havas Group.
