Indonesia’s MNC Vision has sold its fixed broadband network and related assets to Asianet and Indosat Ooredoo Hutchinson for a combined IDR3.3 trillion/US$214 million. 

Details of the sale, which was signed on 24 October 2023, were released over the weekend in an information disclosure to the Jakarta stock exchange. 

The first payment of IDR 876,865 million of the total IDR 2,423,336 million sale to Asianet was made on 15 November. The balance will be paid in stages, the company said. 

The Indosat portion amounting to IDR 876,865 million was paid on November 15 2023.
