Dolby Laboratories and Viddsee are backing an up-and-coming storyteller initiative that adds high-end audio-visual tech to short-film series, "Scene City" anthology. The project, which also trains filmmakers, expects to back 10 films in two years.

The initiative was announced at a special screening of Viddsee’s first Dolby-enabled original, Solitude, on 24 October.
