TRX - SALES EXECUTIVE

Salary 
  • 5.5-6.500SGD/month

 

TRX is recruiting a Sales Executive with 3 years sales experience to join the team rolling out the TRX system across the globe.

TRX is a pioneering start up revolutionising the TV distribution industry. Bringing together experts from TV Content Production, Rights Management and Technology, TRX makes thousands of hours of television content available from over 100 leading content providers such as All3 Media, BBC Studios, Lionsgate, GMA, Mediacorp, Sky Vision, Studio Canal and Zee Entertainment for TV buyers globally to acquire content in a streamlined and effective way.

Role
Reporting to the SVP Asia you will:
• Work as part of the Sales team and closely with the Client Services team based in London on all aspects of buyer en- gagement and growth, focusing on a specific territory remit.
• Build comprehensive buyer relationships across assigned territories
• Manage existing buyer relationships in these assigned territories
• Discover new platforms and opportunities for the business
• Regular travel (two weeks minimum per month) & regular phone/skype/face to face meetings with buyers.
• Regular reporting/presenting of your activity to senior management.

Desired Skills
• A minimum of 3 years sales experience as a sales executive within the TV distribution industry.
• Proven ability to take initiative and go the “extra mile” to exceed expectations
• Pre-existing relationships with television buyers in the Asia Pacific region
• Natural communicator, confident and well presented
• Pro-active and creative thinker with proven written and spoken communication skills.
• Passion and knowledge of the TV rights and distribution industry in Asia Pacific (other regions an advantage).
• Mandarin and other Asian languages an advantage

Package
• Salary dependent upon experience(5.5-6.500SGD/month).
