FremantleMedia International (the content distribution arm of FremantleMedia) is currently seeking a Sales and Ancillary Executive/Senior Executive to be based in our Singapore office. This position reports into our SVP – Sales and Distribution, Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide sales support to formats/finished content clients. Such duties will include tracking formats clients’ consultancy needs.
• Provide ancillary and digital support to formats/finished content clients. Such duties will include monitoring the execution and active monetization of ancillary/digital projects and integrations across our shows.
• Service deal work flow with internal teams (e.g. Legal, Finance, Marketing) to execute and service contracts and other deliverables.
• Prepare sales pitch presentations, proposal documents and assist in follow ups with clients.
• Work with SVP – Sales & Distribution, Asia and VP – Digital Partnerships & Brand Licensing to identify new business opportunities.

• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in entertainment, media sales and/or digital partnerships roles.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Genuine interest in media and entertainment, with a good understanding of Asia’s ever-changing media landscape.
• Able to prioritize work-load for self and direct reports in order to ensure the provision of optimal support for every client.
• Self-starter, hardworking, extremely collaborative and teamwork oriented.
• Highly organized, deadline orientated and self-motivated.
• Able to manage a diverse set of stakeholders.
• Proactive personality with excellent people’s and communication skills.
